BioThis is a journal about exploring the world and learning about the people residing in it. I decided I wanted a standalone journal devoted to such things, and so here it is. I will most likely take on one project a year, though occasionally another small observation or experience may find its way into these pages.
In this, the year 2007, I plan on visiting a different place of worship every week, preferably on the day the faith traditionally meets for their formal or largest gathering. I want to study faith and community, how it changes and remains the same from culture to culture, and from one religion to another. In the process, I hope to discover more about what my personal beliefs are, as well as unearth communities I feel comfortable in.
You are welcome to watch this journal, and I sincerely hope that if you do, you might just discover something about the world -- or about yourself -- that takes you by surprise.
